  • Does purchasing the product include installation?
    No. Busted Security does not offer an installation service, but we are going to have a recommended installer list available soon. This list will be published on our website where those interested in contacting the installers directly can do so at their own convenience.
  • I am looking for a specific product, but I didn't find it on your website. What do I do?"
    Please download our Price List and look if it might be on there. We have a huge amount of products available, but not all of them made it onto the website. If you still can't find what you are looking for, please send us a mail to info@bustedsecurity.co.za and we will do our best to find the product for you at the lowest price.
  • Can I open an account to purchase products on credit?
    No. Busted Security is not a registered Credit Provider and for this reason all purchases must be paid in full before the products are shipped to their destination.
  • I am Joe Public, can I buy products from Busted Security?"
    Yes you can. All our products are available for purchase by the public. All you need to do is browse through our product range, add to cart and complete the checkout process.
  • I am situated outside of the South African border and I am interested to become a distributor. What do I do?

  • I am interested in advertising my services as a Security Company / Installer on the Busted Security website. What do I do next?
